  •      THIS IS BRYAN, AND I STARTED MY CARRIER IN 2006 AS A AEROBICS ( DANCE FITNESSS ) INSTRUCTOR. I USED TO WORK AS A GYM INSTRUCTOR IN WELL FAMOUS FITNESS CENTRES & STAR CLASS HOTELS IN SRI LANKA. ALSO I HAD A GRATE OPPORTUNITY TO BE WEIGHTLIFTING TRAINING WITH NATIONAL POOL AT THE TORRINGTON WEIGHTLIFTING CENTER, DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS DEVELOPMENT, UNDER MR. R.B.WICKRAMASINGHE. WHO IS THE NATIONAL COACH IN WEIGHTLIFTING AND ASST. DIRECTOR IN SPORTS SRI LANKA. ALSO I HAVE COMPLETED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN FITNESS TRAINING & FOLLOWING DIPLOMA WHICH IS CONDUCTED BY FOUNDATION OF SRI LANKA.( SLF ) . NOT ONLY PHYSICAL TRAINING  BUT ALSO I'M INTERESTED IN DANCING. SPECIALLY LATIN & BALLROOM DANCE, HENCE I ALREADY COMPLETED MY BRONZE LEVEL IN LATIN & BALLROOM DANCE UK EXAMS ( IDTA) AND WAITING FOR MY SILVER EXAMS TOO. EXCEPT ALL THESE DO SOME YOGA EXCERCISES TO KEEP FLEXIBILITY IN MY BODY.
