  2. ZUMBA WORKOUT CONTAIN 15 DIFFERENT SONGS IN 60 MINUTES. 3 SETS OF 20 MIN.ALL SONGS BASED ON 50% DANCING STEPS AND 50% EXERCISES.REST 20 MINUTES WE DO ABS AND DUMBBELL WORK OUTS. TARGET OF THIS WORKOUT IS BURN 1000 CALORIES WITHIN 60 MIN DAILY.
